We are now looking for a driven student who wants a rewarding part-time job to complement their studies! In the role of receptionist and switchboard operator, you will have a flexible everyday life where you, together with the team, ensure the best possible service to customers and visitors! You will be part of a team of 15 people who are eager to welcome you to the job. The work includes both reception, conference, events, and switchboard!

Professionals Nord is seeking a receptionist/switchboard operator in collaboration with ISS. The assignment is part of our personnel leasing. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at ISS with their client. You are expected to work 2 weekdays a week with flexible working hours between 07:00-18:00, taking into account your studies. For this assignment, it is required that you as a candidate undergo a screening process and background check conducted in the final stages by the client company upon an offer.

Job responsibilities

In the role of receptionist/switchboard operator at ISS, you will deliver service that makes a difference, create a positive first and last impression when meeting the client's guests and colleagues, and be the face of the company! You will assist colleagues and guests with questions regarding meetings and events - from booking to execution and technical support. Examples of job responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and assist them with everything from bookings, administer access cards, and refer them to conference rooms that you have prepared with equipment.
• Work at the switchboard and receive calls from customers, directing them to the right contact person based on their inquiries.
• Work at the client's several exciting events, preparing everything from breakfast events to Christmas parties! Here you need to be available after working hours, but this might suit your studies best!
• Assist with other tasks that may arise in the office, such as minor relocations, towel management, locker issues, etc.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least two years left of university studies, preferably in Social Work, Law, Human Resources, or similar.
• Is fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Has a great interest in people and experience in delivering good service!
