We are looking for you to join our office in Stockholm, who is passionate about providing excellent service, has good telephone skills, and is constantly eager to learn new things.

The job will involve answering incoming questions and phone calls regarding unemployment insurance and membership. You will handle inquiries with good service and guide our members correctly.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment starting in the spring of 2026 until September 2026.

At the beginning of your employment, you will receive training on the Unemployment Insurance Act.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in public authority work

• Previous experience in customer service

• Familiarity with using the phone as a work tool

• Good knowledge of languages other than Swedish and English

About Us

We are an unemployment insurance fund for those working in a variety of industries and professions, primarily in the transport sector, waste management, and security industry. We have over 100,000 members and currently employ 41 people at Transport's unemployment insurance fund. Our employees are stationed at 6 different offices across the country but still work closely together in their daily tasks.
