• Deepen your expertise in the payments area and the Cash Management products that our team is responsible for – perfect for you who want to grow within an administrative support role.
• Work as a Support Specialist in CM Operations, where you provide secure and professional support to both internal advisors and our corporate customers at Swedbank and the Savings Banks.
• Collaborate with the product organization and our IT teams to investigate problems, incidents, and questions that require careful analysis.
• Contribute to creating and improving processes, routines, and working methods – while broadening your administrative skills.
• Work within a broad area of responsibility that includes administrative support for payroll and mass payment services, contract management for business system integrations and account information, file payments in ISO20022/XML format, as well as other important administrative tasks such as cash bookings, account reconciliations, and pricing setups for customer invoicing.

In this role, you need to:• Ideally have some experience in Cash Management, payment services, or administrative work, as well as an interest in technology and how our services work in practice.
• Feel comfortable and preferably have experience providing support via phone, guiding both internal colleagues and corporate customers.
• Be analytical and solution-oriented while having a strong service focus. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and have an easy time explaining things in a pedagogical way.
• Have knowledge of and be motivated by process improvement work and documentation as you are expected to work with improvement efforts and be involved in creating and developing internal work instructions.
• Be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written form, in both Swedish and English.
