We are now looking for an experienced procurement specialist with a focus on IT for a long-term consulting assignment with a larger public organization in the Stockholm region.

The assignment involves independently driving and being responsible for complex procurements – primarily service procurements with a clear IT connection.

About the assignment

You will work in a central purchasing and procurement function with responsibility for leading the entire procurement process – from needs analysis to contracts and handover.

The procurements are carried out according to LUF, LOU, and in some cases LUK. The role involves significant personal responsibility and close collaboration with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

• Independently lead and execute complex procurements

• Be responsible for business setup, strategy, and execution
• 
  
• Prepare request for proposals, specifications, and commercial terms
• 
  
• Ensure that requirements are compliant with procurement legislation
• 
  
• Conduct market analysis and supplier dialogue
• 
  
• Manage qualification, evaluation, and negotiation
• 
  
• Conduct renewed competition for framework agreements as needed
• 
  
• Prepare decision-making documentation
• 
  
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
• 
  
• Ensure correct record-keeping and contract handover

Requirements profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in independently driving procurements
• 
  
• Has solid experience with LUF and/or LOU (LUK is also an advantage)
• 
  
• Has experience in IT procurements (systems, services, operations, consulting services, etc.)
• 
  
• Is confident in transforming business needs into legally sustainable procurement documents
• 
  
• Has good business understanding
• 
  
• Is structured, communicative, and accustomed to working in complex organizations
