Simpel Transport is a Swedish tech company in the logistics and transport sector that has grown to 14 people in just 4 years, with half being developers. We are building a platform that connects carriers, drivers, and capacity – solving a huge problem in the industry:

👉 Today, about 40% of all transport is done empty. A waste of resources in its purest form.

Our solution is already being used by a large number of carriers in Sweden, costs nothing for the customer, and allows booking transport from address to address in 15 seconds – at a fixed price. Our goal is to make it faster, easier, and smarter in the industry.

We are now building a dedicated meeting scheduling team – and we are looking for someone to join us from the start. Employment directly with Simpel Transport.

About the Role – Meeting Scheduler

As a meeting scheduler with us, you are a key person in our growth.

Your mission is to:

• Contact companies that purchase transport (e.g., pallets, piece goods, sorted flows)
• Schedule quality meetings for our salespeople
• Work structured towards clear goals – focusing on quality over quantity

You will book customer meetings lasting 15–30 minutes held by our salespeople (2–3 people).

A normal and reasonable level is 2–4 scheduled meetings per day, with the possibility to reach 4–8 meetings for those who want and can.

You will receive:
