Customer Service Representative (Täby)

Ohlssons was founded in 1998 in Landskrona and currently has about 850 employees, operating in around 50 municipalities across Sweden with a turnover of over 1.5 billion. The company assists municipalities and businesses with services in waste management, sludge and water, recycling, transport, and contracting. The group also includes Puls – Planned Maintenance Service AB, Soreto Services AB, Exellent Syd AB, ÖMAB, and Tintorella Fastigheter AB.

About the position

As a customer service representative with us, you play a central role in the contract and serve as the link between our subscribers and the operational management. You are the one who receives and manages incoming inquiries from customers, property owners, and clients, ensuring that these are translated into clear actions within the organization. This can involve everything from questions and orders to discrepancies that need to be followed up in collaboration with operations management and drivers.

The role involves close collaboration with operations, where you contribute to creating structure, clarity, and a functioning flow of information in daily work. You have an important function in making the whole operation work, both from a customer and business perspective.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email from subscribers and clients
  • Register, follow up, and provide feedback in the case management system
  • Ensure that information reaches the right function in operations
  • Coordinate dialogue between customers, transport management, and drivers
  • Manage and follow up on discrepancies in daily deliveries

Profile

Experience and qualifications

  • Experience in customer service
  • Familiar with working in various systems and managing cases digitally
  • Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Experience in handling multiple cases simultaneously
  • Experience in transport, logistics, or waste management is an advantage

The position is full-time and starts with a six-month probationary period. Location: Märsta.
