Job Description

We are now looking for a communicator for our client in Solna. You are a driven and creative person who thrives in a broad role where no day is the same. You will act as a link between business development and marketing, transforming complex strategies into understandable and sales-driven communication.

The role requires a general knowledge of all communication tools, from media buying and campaign development to brand management and internal communication. You will work closely with our business units and support them in everything from long-term projects to daily operations.

The assignment is full-time and extends until 2026-10-31. Start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Produce, analyze, and optimize content on the website. You have a sharp focus on SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and conduct A/B tests to continuously improve the user experience.
• Assist in business development initiatives by creating customer-focused communication. You will develop appealing offers and make complex information understandable based on market insights.
• Be responsible for copywriting and design in daily operations. You create and update materials such as sales sheets, newsletters, email campaigns, order forms, and surveys.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Academic degree in digital communication or marketing, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Experience as a communicator or web editor with documented results
• Understanding of SEO optimization and guidelines
• Experience with CMS/CRM (preferably Optimizely and MS Dynamics), Adobe Creative Suite, and web analytics tools (e.g., Piwik Pro or Google Analytics).
• As a person, you are a structured team player with a “get things done” mentality. You are creative and have an eye for detail. You thrive in a changing environment and work equally well independently and in a team.

Meritorious:

• Experience from the solar energy industry or another technical sector.
• Familiarity with working in large, complex organizations and with agile working methods.
• Experience in UX design, Marketing Automation, or customer surveys.
