Assignment Description

The purpose of the assignment is to ensure continuous development and maintenance of Qlik Sense applications for the organization’s analytical needs. By providing expertise for both operational development and planned improvements, the organization will be able to maintain quality, efficiency, and flexibility in data visualization and decision support.

The resource will:

• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications, including visualizations and reporting.

• Manage operational development and ongoing improvements.

• Support the organization in its analytical needs, both planned and ad hoc.

• Further develop existing Qlik Sense solutions to meet the organization’s changing needs.

The goal is to ensure a stable, flexible, and adaptable Qlik Sense environment that supports both operational and strategic monitoring.

Must-Have Requirements

• Competency level 4 (9–12 years).

• At least 5 years of experience in Qlik Sense development.

• At least 3 years of experience in dimensional modeling and ETL development.

• At least 3 years of experience in SQL to validate reports.

• At least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and support of existing Qlik applications.

• Practical experience with version control tools such as Platform Manager.

• At least 3 years of experience in requirements gathering for architecture, data modeling, and Qlik applications.

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Documented experience in financial development.

• Documented experience in developing Qlik applications for case and decision management.

• Documented experience in requirements gathering between data warehouses and Qlik applications.

• Knowledge of platforms, environments, configurations, and scalability for Qlik.

• Understanding of presentation layers, user-friendliness, and GUI construction.
