We are looking for someone who may have worked with proactive recruitment or sales in IT previously and who has at least a basic understanding of technology.
But most importantly? That you like people and are driven by creating business and building relationships.
We believe you might be at the beginning of your career, with lots of energy and drive – while also being goal-oriented and results-driven. Or perhaps you already have a few years of sales experience, are relatively independent, and ready to take on more responsibility.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in new customer sales
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience from the consulting industry or IT is a plus
At the same time, we are quite open to adapting the role to the right person 🎯

You are likely a true people person with a relaxed approach and high social competence. Being able to connect with strangers is not just important – it’s basically the whole thing.
You are unpretentious, independent, and have strong internal drive. This will be crucial for jumping on this train 🚂 At the same time, you understand that we get the furthest when we succeed together.
You are a person with a lot of go-getter spirit and thrive in proactive sales. Identifying new business opportunities, prospecting, and booking your own meetings via phone, LinkedIn, and networking comes naturally to you.
You are also business-minded and confident in conducting professional dialogues with decision-makers at the executive level, such as CIOs, CTOs, and procurement managers. You understand the business challenges of larger organizations and can communicate the value of IT consulting services in a simple and trustworthy manner.

What will you do?
You will work with the entire sales process – from first contact to closed deal and long-term relationship.
This means among other things that you will:
- Prospect new customers in our CRM
- Book meetings via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build relationships and create business
- Drive dialogues, negotiations, and agreements
- Work closely with the recruitment team and the rest of the sales team

Who are we?
CONSULTING it is celebrating nearly 10 years in the IT industry and has built strong partnerships and a stable market position over the years. We are a family-oriented company that has grown organically, done many things right along the way, and is now facing the next step in our journey.
Today we are about 40 employees in the company, where five of us work from the headquarters on Götgatan. In the sales department, we are now looking for the next winner who wants to help us take both the team and the company to the next level 🚀
The sales team will also grow, and the ambition is to become 5–6 strong sales colleagues in the coming time – with that said, we have a really fun growth journey ahead of us.
