Are you someone who thrives in customer-facing roles and is driven by developing processes and finding smarter ways of working? HellermannTyton is now looking for a Customer Success Coordinator who wants to combine customer focus and administration with active improvement work.

In this role, you will work closely with both customers and internal functions. In addition to ensuring a high service level and efficient customer processes, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and system support.

About the role

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring efficient customer processes and a high customer experience. You work with administrative flows, ensure correct and updated customer and order data, and support customers and internal functions throughout the entire customer journey.

The role combines operational work with improvement initiatives. You are responsible for daily order and customer management while contributing to the development of processes, routines, and system support. We are therefore looking for you who enjoy understanding how systems and processes interconnect and see improvement work as a natural part of daily work.

Your main responsibilities

  • Identify and drive improvements in working methods, processes, and system support
  • Register and administer customer orders with high quality and accuracy
  • Manage quotations, price administration, and product-related inquiries
  • Ensure data quality and compliance with processes and routines
  • Coordinate and collaborate with sales, purchasing, finance, and other internal functions
  • Contribute to a consistent and professional customer experience

We are looking for someone with

  • Experience from customer service, Customer Success, sales support, order administration, or a similar role
  • Experience working in ERP, CX, and CRM systems, as well as an interest in how systems and processes interact
  • Experience participating in projects, improvement initiatives, or the development of working methods, processes, or system support
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Experience from a Nordic or international operation
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Completed upper secondary education

Meritorious qualifications

  • Experience with Infor M3
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience working in multiple different ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Finnish or another Nordic language

About the position

This is a direct employment with HellermannTyton, starting as soon as possible or by agreement. Initially, you will be based at the company's office in Kista, but at the turn of the year, the operations will move to new office premises in Solna.

The role offers a flexible work model with the possibility to work from home two days a week. Working hours are between 08:00–16:30, with summer hours from June to August when working hours are 08:00–16:00.
