Are you a HubSpot nerd with a feel for automation and data? As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Contitude, you build and optimize flows, campaigns, and automations, and you are the one who actually makes HubSpot work as a growth engine for our B2B customers.

About the role

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you are the one who turns strategies into reality. You build workflows, set up campaigns, segment audiences, and ensure that customer data is always accurate.

You make HubSpot a growth engine for our customers: from lead nurturing and email campaigns to reports and dashboards that show what actually works. The role is primarily operational – you are the one who makes processes and automations work in practice, rather than setting the strategic direction.

Here, it is important to be structured and solution-oriented, enjoy getting into the details, and be able to communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues.

Job Description

A typical week as a Marketing Automation Specialist at Contitude involves a mix of customer meetings, internal check-ins, and practical work in HubSpot. You build and optimize automation flows, set up campaigns and email sends, analyze results, and ensure that CRM data and segmentation work as they should. You create reports and dashboards that give both customers and the team clear insights, and ensure that decisions are actually implemented. If needed, you are the one who helps customers get started from scratch with implementing HubSpot Sales and/or HubSpot Marketing.

Every Monday morning starts with a meeting with all colleagues gathered together. On Tuesdays, we eat breakfast together, lift weights at lunch, and on Friday afternoons we "work" with a glass in one hand. We have quirky kick-offs and our own run club for those interested. When we close new deals or have other reasons to celebrate, we turn on the office's own disco light and dance the victory dance.

Who we are looking for

Are you the technically curious and analytical talent who thrives on building, configuring, and optimizing smart and scalable flows in HubSpot? As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Contitude, you are the one who turns strategies into practice. You implement and optimize automated customer journeys with HubSpot as your primary tool.

We usually say that we run a marathon, not a 100-meter sprint, and we are looking for you who are in it for the long run. For us, it is just as important who you are as what you can do, and we are looking for someone who shares our values: engagement, family feeling, and transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with onboarding new customers in HubSpot
  • Building and optimizing marketing automation flows in HubSpot
  • Good understanding of CRM structure and data quality – you know how to ensure that customer data is correct, complete, and usable
  • Setting up and analyzing campaigns, landing pages, forms, and email sends in HubSpot
  • Knowledge of segmentation, lead scoring, and personalization to increase conversion and customer value
  • Creating reports and dashboards in HubSpot to follow up and visualize results
  • Strong analytical skills and habit of making decisions based on data
  • Curiosity and willingness to stay updated on HubSpot's new features and digital marketing trends

Meritorious:

  • Understanding of how customer journey mapping is translated into concrete automation flows in HubSpot
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization to continuously improve results
  • Understanding of the interface between sales and marketing – lead handover, MQL/SQL definitions, and how HubSpot is used to make the collaboration work in practice
  • Habit of working with integrations between HubSpot and other systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Ads)
