About the Role

We are building our sales organization in Sweden and are looking for two driven sales professionals who want to be involved from the start and shape how we approach sales and market engagement. Here, you will have significant autonomy, clear goals, and a real opportunity to influence both the business and our continued development.

You will become part of our Nordic sales organization and will work closely with colleagues across the Nordics. Today, the team consists of four salespeople in Norway, two in Denmark, and two in Finland. In Sweden, we are now building the team and are looking for two Sales Executives based in Stockholm. The role reports to Emir, who is based in Oslo and is responsible for the Nordic sales team.

As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for creating new business growth by identifying, processing, and winning new customers within strategically selected market segments. You will also work on developing business with selected partners and ensure that customers benefit from Onitio’s full service offering.

You drive the entire sales process, from prospecting and needs analysis to quotation, negotiation, and contract signing. Once the deal is closed, you hand over the customer to our Account Executives, who are responsible for the ongoing customer relationship and development.

In this role, you collaborate closely with colleagues in delivery, finance, and other business support functions to ensure that the deals we win are feasible and create long-term value for both the customer and Onitio.

Who are you?

You are driven by creating new business and thrive on the challenge of building a strong customer base from scratch. Opening new doors, creating long-term relationships, and closing deals are what motivate you. You work in a structured manner, take great personal responsibility, and see opportunities where others see obstacles.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

  • Have at least five years of experience in new business sales and business development within B2B, where you have personally identified, processed, and won new customers.
  • Thrive in a role where you get to build working methods, structure, and processes, rather than following a ready-made framework.
  • Are accustomed to driving complex deals with longer sales cycles and understand that persistence and continuity are crucial for success.
  • Are unpretentious, coachable, and appreciate close collaboration where feedback is seen as a natural part of development.
  • Have experience in B2B sales. Experience from IT, technology, or related industries is advantageous, but we place greater emphasis on your documented ability to create new business than on your specific industry background.
  • Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
