About the Role

We are looking for a business-driven Sales Manager who wants to take full responsibility for the entire sales process – from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation, contracting, and handover to delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys acquiring new customers, has strong self-drive, and is motivated by closing deals.

You will sell digital services and solutions to corporate clients and work closely with decision-makers in both the private and public sectors. The role involves significant autonomy where you plan your work, drive your pipeline, and build long-term customer relationships.

Initially, you will work primarily from the office to get acquainted with the business, after which there is an opportunity for hybrid work.

Location: Stockholm (Hybrid) Start: Immediately or as agreed Scope: Full-time Extension possibility available.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to signed deals.
  • Identify and contact new corporate customers through outbound sales.
  • Schedule and conduct customer meetings and needs analyses.
  • Present, quote, and negotiate business solutions.
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth handover after closing a deal.
  • Work systematically in CRM and follow up on sales activities and KPIs.
  • Participate in networking, events, and other activities that strengthen the business and create new opportunities.
Your Profile

We believe you are an independent and goal-oriented salesperson who thrives in a hunter role where you create your own deals. You are motivated by a fast pace, clear targets, and the opportunity to influence both your own and the company's development.

Required Competencies
  • At least 3 years of experience in complex B2B sales.
  • Documented experience in new customer acquisition and self-prospecting.
  • Experience driving the entire sales process from first contact to closed deal.
  • Good habit of working against budgets, KPIs, and sales targets.
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and good knowledge of English.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to large corporations or the public sector.
  • Experience with SaaS, digital services, or other complex solution sales.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
  • Post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or similar.
