We are looking for a Head of Customer Success for our rapidly growing AI tech company. At Lingio, we develop accessible and effective language training using innovative methods such as gamification, micro-learning, and AI.

About the role

Here you will have the opportunity to lead one of Lingio's most important functions. The foundation is there, but we are far from finished. The goal is to build a world-class Customer Success function that drives customer value, retention, and long-term growth. You will have personnel responsibility for a team of three people, with plans to grow during the year.

The role is about smart segmentation, efficient working methods, clear KPIs, and a customer journey that delivers results. Our customers are found in both municipalities and regions as well as private companies of various sizes, which means that decision-making paths, contract structures, and success factors look different.

Although your main focus lies in developing the team and the function, you thrive by being close to the customers and are happy to jump in where your experience and competence make the biggest difference for both the team and the customers. You work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to develop the customer journey, increase usage, and turn customer insights into real value. The Customer Success team's focus is on delivery, while expansion and contract renewals are driven in close collaboration with our Strategic Account Manager who has commercial responsibility.

We are looking for someone who...

...has built substantial experience within Customer Success and today feels confident leading both people and operations. You are curious by nature and driven by a desire to understand customers' businesses, goals, and challenges in depth. By combining business understanding with a strong customer focus, you identify opportunities that create value for both the customer and Lingio over time.

With a data-driven approach, you make decisions based on insights rather than gut feeling. The combination of strategic development work and operational engagement suits you well, and you see the value in being close to the business while driving it forward. Developing people and creating conditions for the team's success is a natural part of your leadership. You are clear, coaching, and unpretentious, and have the ability to help others grow through trust, expectations, and support.

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar within B2B in growth companies
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role with personnel and salary-setting responsibility
  • Experience working with companies, municipalities, regions, or other public operations
  • Habit of working data-driven and following up on KPIs such as GRR, NRR, and customer engagement
  • Interest in AI and how new technology can be used to develop working methods, customer experience, and team efficiency
  • Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
