Nova Health Group was founded with a vision to revolutionize psychiatry and the treatment of mental illness. We strive to offer a modern and patient-centered care experience. Our goal is to provide Europe's best assessment and treatment for individuals with ADHD, Autism, and other psychiatric conditions. We currently serve our patients under the brands Nova Psychiatry and Karla Psychiatry, with more companies planned within the group.
Today's psychiatry is often characterized by traditional methods and a slow pace of work, where technical advancements and patient needs rarely take center stage. Many patients struggle to navigate the complex public system or turn to large healthcare providers where they risk becoming an anonymous number in the crowd. We have chosen to do things differently by putting the patient at the center and offering psychiatric care with five-star service. Our strategy is built on patient experience, quality, and efficiency, using modern technology and innovative working methods to continuously improve and develop our operations.
Our dedicated team is the core of our business and consists primarily of psychologists, doctors, and nurses. Nova was founded in 2024 and currently has over 50 employees – and we are growing fast. We are now looking for driven individuals who want to shape the future of psychiatry together with us. We place great emphasis on hiring Sweden's most talented employees, but also on creating a workplace where people enjoy working here more than anywhere else.
Nova's vision is to show how psychiatry can work, for both patients and employees. We believe it can be done much better. We are driven by constantly improving patient satisfaction, maintaining high quality, and increasing efficiency through reduced administration. We believe we achieve all this by having fun together, daring to make mistakes, and daring to strive to be the best at what we do.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Partnership Associate who wants to help us reach more people – by building relationships with health centers, occupational health services, and employers who have patients or employees in need of psychiatric assessments. If you have a genuine interest in mental health and enjoy talking to people, this is the role for you.
The position is part-time and fully remote – perfect for you who are studying or have another main occupation and want a flexible side gig. We prefer that you live in the Stockholm area as physical meetings may occur on rare occasions.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and contacting potential partners – health centers, occupational health services, employers.
- Presenting Nova Psychiatry's offering in a credible and tailored way based on the partner's needs.
- Scheduling meetings with potential partners and handing them over to the Partnership Manager who will lead them.
- Following up on contacts and building long-term relationships.
- Experience in B2B contact, outbound sales, or relationship-building work (e.g., proactive contact via phone, meeting booking, customer contact).
- Studying or have another main occupation – this is a flexible side gig.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable making first contact with unknown counterparts.
Experience from healthcare or knowledge of how health centers or occupational health services operate is a plus.
As a person, you areSelf-starter and driven – You take initiative and follow up without needing reminders. You see an opportunity and act on it.
Brave in contact – You have no problem calling someone you have never spoken to before. You see it as an opportunity, not a hurdle.
Relationship-building and empathetic – You understand that trust is built over time, especially in a healthcare context, and you are genuinely interested in the people you speak with.
Situationally aware – You adapt your tone and timing to the counterpart's situation. You know when it is the right time to call – and when it is not.
Genuinely interested in mental health – You are passionate about what Nova does and want to be part of building something that actually makes a difference.
Value-creating rather than sales-focused – You inform and create understanding. The counterpart should feel seen and informed, not sold to.
Why Nova- You get to be part of an amazing journey where we hopefully can build Europe's largest and best company in mental health, where we truly help our patients.
- Great degree of freedom and personal responsibility, with as few internal meetings as possible.
- Flexible working hours. Possibility to structure your work weeks in a way that suits you.
- Participate in influencing and improving the business if you wish. Improvement ideas are strongly encouraged.
- Social activities together such as after-work events, parties, and events with colleagues.
