We are looking for a new Purchaser and Estimator for our Head Office in Västberga/Stockholm. You will play a key role in our projects from the early bidding and prospect stage to implementation and follow-up in production. The role combines strategic and operational purchasing work with estimating and financial analysis, as well as support for sales, marketing, and production.

The position has the following approximate time distribution:

· Purchasing and bid evaluation: approx. 70 %

· Estimating work (Excel): approx. 20 %

· Sales and marketing: approx. 10 %

Responsibilities

· Responsible for and conducting bid evaluations of suppliers and subcontractors.

· Prepare and send out inquiry documents to suppliers and subcontractors.

· Negotiate prices, terms, and scope in accordance with the project's and company's goals.

· Be the process owner for purchasing work in projects.

· Responsible for framework agreements and follow-up and development of suppliers and subcontractors.

· Ensure goal fulfillment for purchases in projects (cost, quality, and time).

· Follow up on purchases during the production period and manage deviations, changes, and additional work.

Estimating and financial work

· Perform estimating work in Excel primarily for:

o Wooden houses

o Semi-detached houses

o Multi-family houses in concrete

· Coordinate and quality assure estimates in collaboration with purchasing and production.

· Participate in forecasting work and follow-up on the project's financial development.

· Ensure that estimates are based on current market prices and agreements.

Sales, marketing, and coordination

· Assist in the development of prospects and bids, including pricing and financial documentation.

· Ensure that deadlines in prospects are met.

• Coordinate estimating and purchasing work and collaborate closely with production and project management.

• Act as a link between estimating, purchasing, production, and sales.

• Propose new prospects to departments and scan the market for new projects and clients.
