The mortgage service Ordna Bolån is part of Korall Group, an ecosystem of companies that create long-term solutions for sustainable living. About the role
As a Customer Specialist, you will have a central and business-oriented role within mortgages, personal loans, and insurance. You will be the first contact for customers who have shown interest in our services and are responsible for creating a professional, structured, and value-adding customer experience.
You will:
Proactively contact and follow up with customers who have shown interest
Qualify leads and identify business opportunities
Work systematically with documentation and follow-up in our systems
Contribute results, insights, and improvement suggestions to the team
The role is clearly goal-oriented, and you will work systematically towards set key performance indicators with a focus on quality, pace, and business results.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience in a customer-facing role where the phone has been one of your primary tools. You are comfortable with proactive contact and motivated by working towards clear goals.
We believe you:
Have experience in sales, appointment booking, or a similar role
Are fluent in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
Have experience from banking, finance, or loan brokerage (a plus)
To thrive in this role, you are structured, meticulous, and comfortable working in various systems. You have strong administrative skills and ensure that documentation and follow-up are of high quality.
At the same time, you are communicative and attentive – you adapt your message, build trust, and create good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
