Your role

As a car rental agent, you will manage our customers' rental car experience from start to finish, from booking and pickup to return, as well as handling follow-ups and incoming inquiries.

Working hours

You and your colleagues work on a rotating schedule where you switch weekly between the following shifts:

06:30–15:00

11:15–20:15

You will also work approximately every third weekend.

The weekly working time averages 38.25 hours, as you will also work on certain public holidays.

Your responsibilities

• Customer meetings at the counter, via phone, and by email.
• Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Delivery of rental cars.
• Administrative tasks.

You have

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Good computer skills.
