We are now looking for a driven and business-oriented Account Manager who wants to help establish Administer's sales organization in Sweden! Administer offers services within accounting and payroll management, consulting, and modern software solutions. With a strong market position in Finland and a growing business in Sweden, we are now facing the next exciting step in our expansion. As an Account Manager, you will become a key player in our continued growth. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to quotes, contracts, and long-term customer relationships. You will primarily target owner-managed small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and help them find smart solutions within accounting, payroll, and HR. Your main areas of responsibility include: • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities. • Driving the entire sales process from initial contact to closing. • Conducting customer meetings via Teams and in-person. • Building long-term relationships with business leaders, CFOs, and finance managers. • Understanding customers' businesses and presenting tailored solutions. • Contributing to the development of sales work and creating new ways of working. • Working towards individual goals and actively contributing to the company's growth. Person Profile
We are looking for you who love creating business and are driven by achieving set goals. You are self-reliant, proactive, and thrive in a role where you take significant personal responsibility. You are relationship-building, communicative, and have an easy time building trust with customers. At the same time, you have a strong business focus and are motivated by finding solutions that create value for the customer. The position suits you if you are unpretentious, curious, and want to be part of a growth journey where your efforts make a real difference. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: • At least 2–3 years of sales experience. • Experience in B2B sales via phone, digital meetings, or in-person customer meetings. • Good ability to create and develop customer relationships. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We consider it an advantage if you have experience from the accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or HR industries. If you have run your own business or otherwise gained an understanding of corporate finance, that is also a big plus.
