We are looking for a person who may work in different stores depending on the need. A fun opportunity to develop and gain broad experience. You will have close collaboration with the current Store Manager with a broad operational responsibility. The tasks also include:
- being involved in leading and distributing tasks in the store
- being responsible for sales and budget follow-up
- ensuring that the visual expression in the store aligns with the marketing plan and ensuring customers receive professional and engaged service in the store
- together with the Store Manager, being responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term collaborations regarding work practice/internships
- taking full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
You have previous experience in leadership and an interest in developing the business through people. You have worked in a store selling clothes and/or home decor and have a good understanding of the different parameters that create success. Furthermore, we see that you have a good sense for trends as well as education or experience in working with the visual expression in the store. You have also previously worked with campaigns and key figures and are a proficient administrator. You have good self-awareness and balance clarity and humility in a professional manner. In the role of Assistant Store Manager, you are fundamentally a store salesperson with a salary supplement of 4.5 - 5.5% for the additional responsibility in the role.
