At Maxi ICA Stormarknad Nacka, over 300 employees work together to create Nacka's best food experience. About the position
As a store employee in the meat team, you are a key part of the daily operations in Packaged Fresh Goods. You work with picking, sales, customer service, and orders while ensuring the department is well-stocked, inspiring, and sales-oriented. The role suits you if you want to develop within assortment, sales, and business acumen. You work closely with colleagues and leaders in an engaged team where collaboration and responsibility are a natural part of everyday life.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining customer interactions with practical store work. You are responsible, structured, and have a genuine interest in food, quality, and sales. You see what needs to be done, take initiative, and contribute to both results and job satisfaction. We would like you to have
- Experience from ICA or other grocery retail
- Interest in meat, cooking, and quality
- Good understanding of sales, shrinkage, and profitability
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
Experience working with meat, fresh goods, or ordering is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on your attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.

About the employment
The position is 30 hours per week on average, permanent, with a six-month probation period.
Desired start date: August 15th or as agreed.
Working hours vary and include day, evening, and weekend work. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
