About the Company

The company we are recruiting for specializes in developing its staff, investing heavily in internal development and training. The company is now focusing on a major expansion and needs to recruit new leaders who can drive their sales organization forward. The company is primarily looking for a team leader for their Telephony sales department, but they also have other departments that occasionally need new recruits. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to advance to a sales manager position.

About the Position

You will manage a team of 5-10 salespeople. You will handle the daily operations and ensure your team meets their budget. You will also have some personal sales when time allows, but your main focus will be on the salespeople. You will work at attractive events with booths that attract customers.

The Job as Team Leader

To succeed as a team leader, you still need to have an interest in sales and enjoy it. If you feel that you are done with sales, you will not succeed as a leader in the same field. You need to have good social skills and enjoy developing people and building relationships. You should be attentive and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

You do not need prior leadership experience, but you must have worked for at least one year as a salesperson to succeed in this role. You will receive training from the start with everything you need to know for a good start, including leadership. You will meet your customers and salespeople face to face, so you need to have good social skills and enjoy engaging in dialogue. Fluency in Swedish is a requirement.
