Your role
As a Key Account Manager, you will have a central and developing role where you both drive new business and develop relationships with existing customers. You will work long-term with some of our most important customer accounts while identifying new opportunities in the market and in new segments.
In our industry, many deals arise through tenders – but we want more than that. You will therefore combine traditional outreach with a more proactive approach: understanding customers' challenges in depth, getting involved early in their decision-making processes, and demonstrating how our solutions create value. This applies to both customers we already have a relationship with and those you have yet to meet.
You will work independently in the early phases, but when it comes time for solution proposals or quotes, you will collaborate closely with systems specialists, developers, marketers, and management. The role reports to the Sales Manager of ISG Nordics, and you will become part of our KAM team – where you will have a clear focus on business development for existing and new business.
Your profile

- Good understanding of business development and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Enjoys working independently and solving tasks on their own
Your background and education
You have held several sales roles and learned from both success and mistakes. A documented track record to showcase. You are considered senior in the role.
A background in IT or the security industry with advanced security solutions, at least 5 years of work experience in B2B sales in similar roles. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing long sales cycles, and building long-term customer relationships. You have a curious interest in selling complex and technically advanced products or services.
Regarding education, you need
- Very good oral and written communication skills in Swedish, and preferably English
- Extensive experience using the Office suite, particularly in making calculations and presentations.
- Experience working in CRM systems.
