We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient salesperson who wants to work with a unique and high-quality service offering in the field of service and personal development.

You will be working with sales towards both businesses (B2B) and private individuals (B2C), where the focus is on creating deals, building relationships, and driving the entire sales process from the first contact to closure.

Responsibilities

  • Actively work on new customer acquisition
  • Schedule and conduct meetings (digital/physical)
  • Identify customer needs and present solutions
  • Drive deals from start to finish
  • Work towards clear goals and commission

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based compensation with excellent earning potential

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has sales experience (required)
  • Has worked in a sales company or similar environment
  • Has education in sales (preferable, e.g., from IHM Business School or similar)
  • Is results-oriented and accustomed to working towards goals
  • Is self-driven, disciplined, and business-minded
  • Has good communication skills
