About the Customer Manager position
In the role of Customer Manager, you are a central part of the sales organization with the aim of growing Vyer Technologies' business! You will enter an exciting phase in a tight-knit team where you have the chance to take significant ownership and responsibility in your daily work. Your tasks include being responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and first contact to closing the deal. Your customers consist of property owners where you primarily work to identify new customer collaborations while also developing existing customer partnerships. You mainly focus on the Swedish market but also have the international market as your playing field.
You will work from Vyer's office in Stockholm and collaborate closely with the sales team consisting of two colleagues as well as the CSM team and product development team. The team is characterized by high ambition and forward momentum.
Your main tasks:
- Be a central part of Vyer's sales organization with the aim of growing the company's business!
- Be responsible for the entire sales process and actively identify new customer collaborations while developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers in the real estate industry.
- Act consultatively and advisory regarding Vyer's offerings with a focus on the Swedish market with the opportunity to expand business internationally.
- Collaborate closely with other colleagues within the organization to jointly develop and improve Vyer's offerings and solutions.
About you
To succeed in the role of Customer Manager, you have previous experience in B2B sales within SaaS/IT and are used to conducting complex sales from start to finish. If you also have experience in Proptech and/or real estate companies, this is considered an advantage. You have completed upper secondary education, and post-secondary education in business development, economics, IT, and/or other relevant areas is a significant plus. Furthermore, you possess good system skills and fluent language skills in Swedish and English. You also have the ability to travel when the job requires.
As a person, you are a relationship-building and communicative individual who gains energy from meeting customers. You are an unpretentious team player who thrives in a smaller team where collaboration is central and where you can take significant ownership and responsibility. Furthermore, you are accustomed to longer sales cycles and possess the endurance and creativity required for complex sales.
Important for the position is:
- Previous work experience in B2B sales within SaaS/IT where you have conducted sales from start to finish and are used to engaging in dialogue with managers and decision-makers at higher levels.
- Good system skills and curiosity about Vyer's platform.
- You are a skilled relationship builder and an unpretentious team player with a forward-thinking attitude.
- Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
- Ability to travel when the job requires.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in proptech and/or real estate companies.
- Post-secondary education in relevant areas such as business development, economics, IT, or education deemed equivalent.
- Experience and knowledge in procurement/LOU.
