We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Planner who wants to become a key person in our client's project team.

About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and optimizing project schedules within industrial environments. You will work proactively with planning and time management, contributing to ensuring that projects are delivered according to set goals and timelines. You have extensive experience in industrial projects and are highly skilled in using MS Project and preferably Primavera P6. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project data is up-to-date and accurate.

Your main responsibilities

-Create, update, and maintain detailed project schedules in MS Project/Primavera P6. -Collect and analyze project data in dialogue with project managers, engineers, and other functions. -Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and analyses to management. -Monitor the project timeline, identify deviations, and suggest corrective actions. -Work proactively with the project schedule and establish recovery plans as needed. -Ensure that planning documentation complies with internal standards and project requirements. Practical information: Location: Solna Strand Scope: Full-time Start date: Immediately, April 1, 2026. The position lasts for 6 months with a chance of extension.

Who are you?

Requirements: -Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering. -6–10 years of documented experience in planning and scheduling industrial projects (e.g., manufacturing, construction, energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure). -Very good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office (Excel, Word). -Strong understanding of critical path methodology, interface management, and KPI reporting. -Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional project environments. -Good understanding of project management processes and project life cycles. -Excellent analytical skills and strong organizational and communication skills. Meritorious: -Experience from the railway signaling industry (Wayside). -Deep expertise in Primavera P6. We warmly welcome your application!
