Job Responsibilities

As a field salesperson, you will focus on identifying and building long-term relationships with new customers. You will also develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers. The company places great importance on creating good and long-lasting relationships with our customers.

You will work with the product range of cleaning & hygiene as well as cleaning machines. You are responsible for the entire sales process. You will book meetings, develop and present customized solutions. It also includes visiting customers with our salespeople and jointly presenting cleaning, hygiene, and cleaning machines. You will have the support of the company's various support functions such as our Sales Support Department and CRM system.

As a field salesperson, you will work towards your individual budget.

You will be based in our store & office in Bromma, and your district will be Stockholm / Mälardalen.

Desired Qualifications and Personal Attributes

You are an open, positive, and goal-oriented person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks. You have high social competence, which means you find it easy to connect with people. The job requires you to plan your working hours largely on your own, so you need to be self-motivated and disciplined. You work individually but understand the importance of belonging to a larger team and being a true team player.

To fit into the role, you need to have a strong service mindset and a genuine interest in sales with satisfied customers.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience in sales is required for the position.

Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

Good knowledge of the Office suite is an advantage.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
