Inside Sales Representative/Warehouse Worker Länna
Lundagrossisten was founded in 1977 and conducts B2B sales of products in heating, water, and sanitation. We are today one of Sweden's leading plumbing wholesalers with an annual turnover of over 1.8 billion SEK and 230 employees. Our customers are exclusively professional plumbing installers with a large and continuous material need. We are represented from Malmö in the south to Gävle in the north, through our 21 fully stocked pickup warehouses with over 17,000 stocked items. We are currently in an expansive phase and therefore have a large recruitment need.
A varied job with a secure and long-term employer! At Lundagrossisten, you will learn an industry, a company, and a profession from the ground up, where practical work is combined with internal training in areas such as plumbing, sales, and our business system. As an Inside Sales Representative/Warehouse Worker, you are expected to provide competent and friendly service to our visiting customers and manage their orders, but you will also work with all common warehouse tasks such as order picking, incoming deliveries, and material deliveries with a B-truck.
The position is a full-time role and offers good development opportunities, as Lundagrossisten's policy is to internally recruit for positions in purchasing, marketing, IT, outside sales, and site manager responsibilities. We strive for long-term working relationships and are proud to say that since our start in 1977, we have never laid off or furloughed any employee!
Relevant Skills and Qualifications
Plumbing knowledge is not initially a requirement, but you should be motivated to acquire this knowledge through work and our internal training. As an employee at Lundagrossisten, it is required that you have a structured working method and enjoy working at an efficient pace with many contacts. Relevant qualities include engagement, flexibility, humility, and a good sense of service and sales. We would also like you to have an interest in technology, construction, or mechanics.

Employment Type
Permanent employment after a 6-month probationary period.
The starting salary is based on previous relevant experience. Our goal is for all new employees to have reached the knowledge level and competence of a technical salesperson within two years of work and thus receive a monthly salary of 36,000 SEK. Thereafter, individual-based salary development will occur, based on your sense of responsibility and performance at work.
A B driver's license is not a requirement at the time of application, but must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
