About the RoleAs a Coordinator, you are a central part of the customer team and serve as a coordinating link between the Key Account Manager, external customer, and Samhall's organization. You work to ensure that information, agreements, and data are handled correctly while contributing to the development of work methods and improving processes. The role involves many points of contact and a high degree of responsibility. You work daily in Excel and other internal systems to analyze data, follow up on deliveries, and identify improvement opportunities. The work also involves coordinating information flows and ensuring that the right information reaches the right people within the organization. The role includes analyzing data and statistics from reports in Excel and drawing conclusions about trends and patterns. You identify deviations and initiate improvement work while coordinating efforts between different functions such as operations, IT, purchasing, and finance. You also manage price lists, articles, assortments, and price adjustments, and support the Key Account Manager in following up on agreements and customer dialogues. Furthermore, you participate in customer meetings and contribute to the development of collaboration with external customers. The role also involves working with profitability monitoring, business development, and proposing improvements for processes and work methods.

Your BackgroundWe are looking for someone with experience in a coordinating, analytical, or administrative role in a larger organization where you have worked closely with business, customers, or delivery. You may have worked as a coordinator, project manager, business coordinator, or purchasing coordinator. You are accustomed to working with large information flows and have good experience in analyzing data and producing decision-making materials. You feel comfortable in a role where you coordinate work between different functions and have many points of contact, both internally and with external customers. You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and work fluently in Excel, which is one of the primary tools in the role.
