Job responsibilities
In the role of inside sales representative / rental agent, you will become part of Ramirent's team in Södertälje. You will be a central part of the daily operations and be responsible for helping customers via phone, email, and in-store. You will assist customers in finding the right machines and equipment for their projects and ensure that orders are registered correctly in the system. The work also includes handling incoming and outgoing deliveries of machines and equipment, which may involve both small and heavy lifting. The role suits you if you thrive in a practical and varied work environment where no day is the same.

The job responsibilities include:

• Active customer contact through phone, email, and physical meetings in-store.
• Manage and register orders in the system.
• Recommend and advise on machines and equipment.
• Load and unload machines, sometimes with the help of others.
• Clean and wash machines and tools after rental.
• Collaborate with transporters to ensure deliveries.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience working in a service profession.
• Basic IT skills.
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form.
• Driving license (B).

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in equipment rental or knowledge of machines. It is also an advantage if you hold a forklift license.
