We are now looking for a Danish-speaking individual who wants to work in a fun and team-oriented support role with one of our clients located centrally in Stockholm. You will work in technical customer support, receiving great benefits and the opportunity to work hybrid between home and office.

In summary, your responsibilities will include:

•      Receiving and managing incoming support requests via phone, email, and the ticketing system.

•      Acting as the first point of contact for both customers and internal users.

•      Participating in improving workflows, routines, and the overall customer experience.

•      Working closely with Second Line, internal experts, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective solutions.

•      Troubleshooting technical issues in the business system as well as in other connected systems.

•      Providing guidance on how the systems work and supporting users with questions regarding processes and various types of user challenges.

•      Acting as the first point of contact for both customers and internal users.

•      Masters Danish and English in both spoken and written form.

•      Has previous experience in customer service or technical support.

•      Is accustomed to working in various systems and has good computer skills.

•      Has a service-oriented approach, good communication skills, and enjoys interacting with users and customers.

•      Works solution-oriented, takes responsibility for your tasks, and values high quality in what you deliver.

This is a consulting assignment with employment at OIO with immediate start. The intention is for this to transition into a permanent position, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
