We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented Order Coordinator / Customer Support for an exciting consulting assignment with a global and technology-driven industrial company in Stockholm.

The company is a leading player in its industry with operations worldwide and works with advanced solutions in industrial production and sustainable development. Here you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and long-term customer relationships.

The assignment is for at least 6 months with good opportunities for extension.

About the role

In this role, you will work closely with both customers and internal functions and be an important part of ensuring a smooth order process. You will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to delivery and serve as a central contact point in the flow.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Registering and confirming customer orders

  • Managing changes and updates in orders

  • Providing ongoing status updates to customers and colleagues

  • Collecting and coordinating delivery instructions and documentation

  • Ensuring that issues are escalated to the right department when necessary

Who we are looking for

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you are meticulous, structured, and have a strong service mindset. You are communicative and find it easy to collaborate with various contact points.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in order management or customer support

  • A structured and detail-oriented working style

  • A strong sense of service and the ability to build good relationships

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Experience with administrative systems, preferably Microsoft D365 or similar

Conditions

Scope: Full-time (consulting assignment for at least 6 months)

Salary: Fixed salary according to agreement

Location: Flemingsberg

Start date: According to agreement
