Optimal Trappstädning is an established company specializing in stairwell cleaning for housing cooperatives in the Stockholm area. About the role:

As a Meeting Booker, you will contact housing cooperatives and schedule meetings for our sales team at our office in Stockholm City.

Your goal is to open doors and create opportunities for new collaborations. You will use the phone and email as your primary tools and follow up on your contacts systematically.

Your responsibilities:

• Proactively contact housing cooperatives via phone and email
• Schedule meetings for our sales team
• Create and maintain lists of potential customers
• Follow up on previous contacts and build relationships
• Work towards clear goals

We are looking for someone who:

• Is driven and enjoys talking to people
• Is persistent and thrives working towards results
• Has a professional and pleasant telephone voice
• Is self-motivated and structured
• Previous experience in appointment setting or sales is an advantage but not a requirement – we are happy to train you!

• 12,500 SEK (since the role is 50%) in guaranteed salary plus commission-based pay
