Gotain is a fast-growing e-commerce company that sells custom-made curtains online to customers worldwide. We are now expanding our customer service team and are looking for someone who wants to create customer experiences with a high level of service and attention to detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries and ensuring that our customers receive quick, personalized, and professional service throughout their customer journey. You will work closely with the team but own your own cases and play an important role in representing Gotain in every customer contact.

Your tasks will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media
  • Assisting customers with advice, order placement, delivery questions, and complaints
  • Following up on cases and ensuring that the customer receives feedback within our response time
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of our customer service processes
  • Collaborating with the team to create a smooth and efficient customer experience

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and detail-oriented
  • Enjoys customer contact and has good communication skills
  • Is self-driven and takes responsibility for their tasks
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
  • German and other languages are a plus

The position is based at our office in Norrmalm in central Stockholm.

The position is a full-time employment with immediate start. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
