Here comes the opportunity for a fun project employment for you as a student looking for a summer job with a strong team spirit where you can utilize your high service skills. You will have the chance to become part of a newly formed customer service team at a large and well-known company where you will be among many new colleagues but also have the support of two reliable, experienced colleagues. The introduction starts in April/May, so apply today as we expect many applications and will begin the recruitment process immediately!
Before we proceed - a few quick points we want you to be aware of:This position starts either on 21/4, 6/5, or 21/5. It begins with a full-time introduction for 10 days. After that, you will start working immediately and be scheduled for full-time. Additionally, this is a summer job planned to last the entire summer + September and without the possibility of time off - so for those of you who have planned trips or similar this summer, unfortunately, this is not the right job for you. We want to mention this early as it requires that you as a student are available to work full-time from one of the above dates and that you do not have planned trips during the summer.
About the positionThat said: Our client is currently looking for you as a student seeking a summer job in the Stockholm area.
First, an important practical aspect: The introduction starts in April/May, so it's important that you who apply for the role are available for the introduction physically on-site. For those of you who still have studies during that period, the introduction can be done part-time but you need to be able to attend the introduction 3 days a week for a period of 3-4 weeks.

As our client's customer service department enters the peak season during late spring and summer, they will build a completely new team consisting of 12 new colleagues and two experienced colleagues. Your task is primarily two things:
Before we dive into the tasks, we want to focus on you as a person and what makes you right for this assignment. As you may have already understood, we place a high priority on finding the right person for this role. You will be an important part of building a new, well-functioning, and fun team. Our client's ambition is that you as a group will gain a rewarding and developing experience, but equally important for your new manager is that you quickly build a well-functioning team – and you will be a key part of that.
You who are right for the role:

- Have the ability and understanding to handle a large volume of calls each working day

Now to your tasks:
This is a role centered around incoming calls from private customers. Therefore, it is very important that you who take on the role are the right person: you need to understand that even if you receive ten calls from people with seemingly the same problem, you understand that no call is identical to any previous call, and your curiosity and ability to listen to each new customer will be crucial to your success in the role.
In summary, you will among other things:
- Handle incoming calls from private customers
- Register and document cases in the business system
- Make an initial assessment of action needs (after a thorough introduction)
- Collaborate with the company's technicians and other internal functions
- Have good computer and system skills
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
- Have the right personal qualities for the assignment
- Previous experience in a customer service role with a high phone focus is an advantage but not a requirement
This is a consulting assignment with employment at OIO during the project period. The project runs until August/September, but for the right person, there are opportunities for extension in the company's regular operations, which are of a similar nature to this project. If there is no extension of this assignment, there is of course also the possibility of getting support and help from your consultant manager Per Carnestedt to find a new exciting part-time job alongside your studies.
