RIJD Interior, a rapidly growing furniture company with international reach, is looking for you to become a key player in their exciting growth journey. About the position
RIJD Interior is a "couture" furniture company that collaborates with interior architects globally and offers its range to end consumers through their website www.rijdinterior.com. They create exclusive, custom-made furniture in their European studio and provide a tailored service where customers can create their own unique items. With this positioning, they have identified a clear gap in the market and are now gaining increasing international traction and media attention. The company is experiencing strong annual growth, and therefore we are now looking for a down-to-earth colleague with a good sense of humor and a great passion who wants to join them on their journey.
Sales / Purchasing Coordinator is a "hands-on" role that involves ensuring a stylish and creative showroom while performing administrative tasks such as managing purchase orders, following up on leads, collaborating with the production team, contacting agents, and coordinating inventory. In this role, you will also be responsible for the daily operational management of the RIJD showroom on Riddargatan in central Stockholm. You will work with everything from customer contact in the showroom to order management and logistics.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, customer contact, and follow-up on leads.
- Coordinate customer orders, logistics, and inventory in the business system Specter.
- Be responsible for purchase orders and material orders for production.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and quote management.
- Ensure effective communication between departments and suppliers.
- Be responsible for the RIJD showroom and welcome visiting customers.
- Participate in fairs and photo shoots, and contribute input on new models.
We are looking for someone who
Has a strong sense of style and a passion for interior design, as well as good initiative. As a person, you are organized and used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously while being flexible and service-minded. The position is on-site in the showroom, so we are looking for someone who is positive about working on-site. We are looking for someone who is great at multitasking and can work efficiently with parallel tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Has relevant industry experience, for example in retail, and has experience in administrative work.
- Has experience communicating with customers via email and in-store or similar.
- Has a post-secondary education in a relevant field.
It is advantageous if you have
- Experience with business systems such as Visma, Specter, or Fortnox.
- Previous experience in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, or MailChimp/Rule.
