Do you want to help people for real — every day? As a Customer Service Representative at Apotea, you are an important part of the customer experience. Our customers contact us when they need help, answers, or guidance, and you are one of the people who makes a difference. We are looking for someone who enjoys providing quick, clear, and caring service, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same.

As a customer service representative at Apotea, you are in direct contact with our customers via phone, email, and chat. You assist them with questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and other aspects of the shopping experience.

Your mission is not only to resolve issues but to do so in a way that creates security, trust, and a really good experience for the customer.

Examples of tasks ● Assist customers via phone, email, and chat ● Handle questions about orders, shipping, payment, and delivery ● Troubleshoot and follow up on customer cases in an effective and solution-oriented manner ● Contribute to a smooth and professional customer experience in every contact ● Be involved in developing how we work with service and customer satisfaction

Who we believe you are We believe you are a person who enjoys helping others and who finds it easy to build trust in contact with people. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and thrive in a structured work environment even when the pace is high. You are also confident in communicating clearly, kindly, and professionally — both in Swedish and English.

We believe you have ● Experience in customer service, preferably within e-commerce ● Good computer skills and an ability to quickly learn different systems ● Experience working efficiently and accurately, with the phone as an important work tool ● Ability to prioritize, take initiative, and find solutions in everyday situations ● A positive attitude that contributes energy and collaboration within the team ● It’s a plus if you enjoy change and find it motivating to continuously improve working methods and customer experience.
