To our store in Nacka Forum, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At Systembolaget, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 20% of a full-time role, and weekly working hours may vary. The preliminary working days are primarily every other Friday and Saturday, but there is an opportunity for extra shifts during holidays and vacation periods.

In your role as a sales associate

The work in the store is varied. During a working day, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a sales associate, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of teamwork, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Has reached the legal age (20 years old) to serve customers.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work with varying schedules, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and closing shifts.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious mindset towards learning new things, and an interest in the possibilities created by modern digital tools.
• Has completed upper secondary or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, service industry work, and/or with food and beverages.
