Convit is now looking for an Account Manager who wants to take ownership of the Stockholm market and be a key player in the company's continued journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Account Manager at Convit, you step into a key role where you will help build the business from scratch in the Stockholm market. This is a role for you who are driven by creating new business, building relationships, and seeing concrete results from your work.

You are responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying and contacting new potential customers to booking meetings, understanding their needs, and driving the deal to closure. The role requires that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative; you will work both strategically by mapping the market and operationally by picking up the phone and creating dialogues right now.

Convit works consultatively, which means you don't just sell products but help customers make smarter decisions regarding their workplace IT. You immerse yourself in their operations, challenge when necessary, and propose solutions that are both cost-effective and sustainable in the long term. The deal doesn't end at delivery; a crucial part of the offering is the entire lifecycle, from procurement and configuration to support and take-back.

In this role, you are given great freedom but also clear responsibility. You are expected to build your own pipeline, create structure in your work, and drive your deals forward with quality. At the same time, you become a key part of shaping how Convit will work with sales in the future, from working methods and processes to culture and ambition level.

You will work closely with the CEO and other colleagues in a small, engaged team with high energy and a strong forward-looking attitude. Decision-making paths are short and ideas are taken seriously, allowing you to quickly influence both your own daily life and the company's development. The work is remote-based as the rest of the team is located in Borås, but there is also the possibility to work from one of the group's offices in Stockholm.

This is a role for you who are not content with merely managing existing accounts but want to build, influence, and grow together with the company.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

  • Have experience from the IT industry, preferably within hardware, distribution, or resale
  • Are accustomed to driving new customer sales and creating business from scratch
  • Are unpretentious, driven, and have a clear focus on results
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Speak and write fluent Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work

ABOUT THE CLIENT:

Convit is part of a larger group within IT distribution and service sales. The company has made a strong journey in recent years – from 7 MSEK to over 30 MSEK in revenue – and is now targeting 100 MSEK within four years.

They don't just sell hardware but offer a holistic solution for workplace IT, from needs analysis and procurement to configuration, support, and take-back. They drive a clear sustainability agenda, extending product lifespans and actively working with reuse and smarter choices.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a direct recruitment, meaning Friday handles and is responsible for the recruitment process, but you will be employed directly by Convit.
