About the role

Durgo is looking for a structured and service-oriented Order Coordinator to take on a central role in customer service and order management.

You will be responsible for handling customer orders from initial contact through to delivery, working closely with production, logistics, and internal functions to ensure a smooth workflow. The role is operational and coordinating, involving many contact points both internally and externally.

In the long term, there is an opportunity to develop within purchasing and material planning as you become familiar with the operations and our workflows.

Main responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via email and phone
• Handle inquiries regarding products, prices, and delivery times
• Register and administer orders in business systems (ERP)
• Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and delivery notes
• Follow up on order status and deliveries
• Handle discrepancies and complaints
• Coordinate deliveries together with production and logistics
• Ensure correct information in systems and databases
• At times, you may also assist in production, packaging, and logistics.

Development area:

• Gradually take responsibility for purchasing materials and components
• Place and follow up on purchase orders
• Contribute to ensuring material availability and delivery precision

Qualifications and experience

• Experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role
• Proficient in business systems (ERP), preferably Monitor
• Fluent Swedish and good English skills

Merits

• Understanding of logistics and production flows

Product knowledge is not a requirement – you will receive an introduction and learn the job gradually.
