DSolution is growing and is now looking for an Appointment Setter who wants to help create new business opportunities. This is not an administrative role where days pass by in a calm, slow rhythm. Quite the opposite.

This role involves making many calls, achieving high call volumes, and requires a great deal of resilience. You will hear "no" often. You will need to call again. And again. But for those who like to influence their own results and are driven by creating opportunities, this is one of the most rewarding jobs you can have.

Your Mission

As an Appointment Setter, you are the first point of contact with our future customers. You generate interest, build trust, and book qualified meetings for our IT sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting new potential customers via phone
  • Generating interest and building relationships from the first call
  • Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Following up and keeping the dialogue warm over time
  • Working systematically towards clear goals and results
  • Being a key part of our continued growth

In short: you ensure that the right customers meet the right salespeople at the right time.
