to apply for the job

We are now looking for you who want to become part of our Pre-Collections team working with Swedish or Norwegian customers. You will become part of a team of approximately 20 people working with the goal of helping our customers with financial difficulties get back on track.

About the role

As a Customer Advisor in Collections, you work with contacting customers who are behind on their payments for various reasons. The majority of calls are outgoing, but you will also handle incoming calls from customers who contact us themselves. In some cases, there are simple solutions, while other situations require a long-term payment plan in collaboration with the customer. In addition to the calls, there is some administration involved, but since the role is phone-based, we are looking for someone who enjoys communicating and sees every call as an opportunity to help!

To succeed in the role, it is important that you are engaged and proactive – both in meetings with customers and in your own development. We value that you actively contribute to team discussions and meetings, even in situations where you may not have the deepest expertise. At our company, we work in a regulated business, and it is crucial that you understand the responsibility that comes with working in a bank, especially regarding adhering to the regulations we must follow. Examples of regulations we are affected by include GDPR, bank secrecy, AML regulations, and identity verification. We also need to consider how we communicate with our customers both verbally and in writing. 📓✔️🖊️

Training and scheduling

We are keen to give you the best possible start in your role with us; therefore, the position begins with two weeks of full-time training at our office. To give you good conditions to start working, high attendance is required during these two weeks, with the exception of mandatory school commitments.

The shifts we offer are primarily scheduled for 4 days at each month-end and 3 days in the middle of each month, as these are the days we have extra work. During the rest of the month, we rarely need extra hours unless covering for illness or leave. During the summer, you can expect to work full-time some weeks. We schedule approximately one month at a time, one month in advance.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience working with customer service or with people in some way.

  • Can work part-time for at least 1 year and has another main activity of at least 50% during this time – e.g., studies.

  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you

  • Have worked in customer service with telephone service or in closely related work.

  • Have previous experience working in banking or finance.

To thrive and perform well in the role, we believe you need to be

  • Service-oriented & communicative: You listen to the customer's needs and can also set requirements when needed 🌱

  • Responsible: You take responsibility for both your own and the team's work, have high work ethics, and show understanding for the business's needs and commercial conditions. 💪

  • Result-oriented: You are motivated by achieving goals, for example, in customer satisfaction and efficiency 🏆

  • Flexible: You adapt to different situations, are good at prioritizing, and see opportunities even in changes 🤸‍♀️

In addition, it is important to us that you identify with our values: we are wholehearted, we collaborate, and we take the lead.
