What does the role entail? As a Deputy Store Manager, you, together with the Store Manager, have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the store. You lead the daily work on the floor, support the team in sales, and create an environment where both customers and employees thrive. The role involves varied work where you combine operational tasks with driving improvement and development.

Some of your tasks will include…

  • Actively working with sales and customer interaction together with the store sales staff

  • Coaching and motivating the team – you create engagement and joy at work

  • Ensuring that the store maintains a high visual standard and is sales-oriented

  • Planning and supporting the store's daily operations

  • Driving improvement work within methods, customer interaction, and profitability

  • Together with the store manager, following up on results and working towards common goals

  • Other administrative tasks related to operations and planning

Welcome home! The position is a permanent full-time role starting as soon as possible. Working hours vary, and you will work both weekdays and weekends in our fantastic store in Sickla.
