About the position of Head of Design & Curation
As Head of Design & Curation, you will have overall responsibility for the selection, development, and strategic building of the assortment as well as how the brand is perceived across all channels, retail, and e-commerce. You will ensure that the assortment, presentation, and content reflect the company's positioning, with a clear focus on customer, sales, and brand experience.

You will be responsible for which brands and products are included in the assortment and how these are presented throughout the customer journey, from the store to digital channels. The role also includes responsibility for content and tone of voice across various touchpoints.

You will work closely with functions such as marketing, product design, retail, and e-commerce, build strong supplier relationships, and stay constantly updated on industry developments. You will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO.

Your main responsibilities:

• Curate the assortment across all channels with the help of merchandisers for each sales channel
• Ensure that our strongest brands, own collections, and new products get the right place and presentation in all channels
• Ensure that content and tone of voice are appropriate for Länna Möbler
• Build and further develop supplier relationships and find win-win collaborations of various kinds

About you
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the design and furniture industry, preferably within the premium segment. You have a very good knowledge of both established and new design brands and a strong understanding of how end customers choose and purchase furniture and decor.

You have a sharp aesthetic eye for form, color, material, and proportions, and can immediately sense when something is not in line with the brand's expression. At the same time, you are business-driven and have a good understanding of commercial relationships.

You are confident in making decisions, have good analytical skills when needed, and thrive in a role where you can combine strategy with operational work. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.

Important for the position is:

• Solid experience from the design and furniture industry
• Strong sense of form, color, and brand expression
• Very good knowledge of design brands and the premium segment
• Good business understanding and commercial drive
• Understanding of customer behavior in furniture and decor
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing

Experience working in a management team and previous responsibility for own collections or product development is a merit.
