Senior Procurement Specialist – Construction (AB/ABT)

📍 Stockholm (Hybrid)

🕒 Full-time – 40 h/week

📅 Assignment: March 30, 2026 – April 2, 2027

🔁 Possibility of extension (6 + 6 months)

We are now looking for an experienced procurement specialist focused on construction for a longer consulting assignment with a larger public entity in the Stockholm region.

The assignment is placed in a central purchasing and procurement function responsible for complex procurements within infrastructure, operations, and technical services.

About the assignment

You will independently be responsible for and drive construction procurements in accordance with applicable legislation and relevant construction law standard agreements (AB/ABT/ABK).

The role involves overall responsibility for the procurement process – from needs analysis and strategy to award and contract handover.

Job responsibilities

• Lead and conduct complex construction procurements
• 
  
• Ensure correct application of AMA AF as well as AB/ABT/ABK
• 
  
• Prepare tender documents, AF parts, specifications, and commercial terms
• 
  
• Transform technical and operational needs into legally sustainable procurement documents
• 
  
• Be responsible for market analysis and risk assessment
• 
  
• Conduct supplier dialogue and negotiations
• 
  
• Manage qualification and evaluation
• 
  
• Prepare decision-making documentation
• 
  
• Ensure correct record-keeping and contract handover
• 
  
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
• 
  
• Conduct renewed competition as needed

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in independently driving construction procurements
• 
  
• Has good knowledge of AB/ABT/ABK and AMA AF
• 
  
• Has experience in public procurement according to LUF and/or LOU
• 
  
• Has good business understanding
• 
  
• Is structured, analytical, and confident in negotiations
• 
  
• Is communicative and used to working in a project-intensive environment
