About the Role

You will primarily work with advisory sales to private customers (B2C), primarily based on incoming leads. The role is operational and business-oriented, with significant personal responsibility and clear impact on both results and working methods.

You can work both in-house and in the field, and help shape the structure of how Safeland's sales will function as the company grows.

As a salesperson at Safeland, you focus on advising customers who want your recommendations, not on unwelcome door knocking.

Your focus area is to drive sales with high quality and strong customer satisfaction, work closely with the business, contribute to the company's continued development, and collaborate closely with other teams in a fast-paced and technology-driven company. At an early stage, you will also lead other salespeople and help build Safeland's future super team.

To succeed in this role, you need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, take significant personal responsibility, and be comfortable without ready-made templates and processes. You need to be able to prioritize, make decisions, and drive the business forward even when circumstances change.

This role is not suitable for you if you are looking for a maintenance sales job, clear frameworks from day one, or if you are more motivated by security than by growth, impact, and long-term upside.

We are looking for someone who

You have sold something that required trust, not just price. You enjoy working hard when needed and are driven by results. You are curious about technology, business, and how new solutions can create better customer value. You want to build a career, not just have a job.

You have excellent communication skills in both speech and writing, a clear commercial mindset, and a genuine interest in developing alongside the company.

It is a plus if you have worked with consumer sales of alarm systems before, but it is not a requirement.
