About the Role

You will work partly from our office in Stockholm, but primarily in the field where you drive local sales to households. Your main task is to sell home alarms to customers who already have a stated interest in security solutions.

After a deal is closed, you are often involved in installation and setup, ensuring that the customer understands the system and gets the maximum benefit from their investment.

You fully own your district. You build long-term relationships, take responsibility for customer experience, and close deals with quality.

Our goal is to always provide a 5-star customer experience in all interactions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Sales of home alarms and security services, primarily through home visits.

  • Be responsible for results and customer satisfaction locally.

  • Represent Safeland in the area.

  • Installation of alarm systems.

  • Assist with the company's other sales as time allows.

We are looking for someone who
  • Is self-driven and enjoys responsibility.

  • Has experience in sales (field, B2C, or similar).

  • Values clarity, customer benefit, and business.

  • Wants to build a company long-term – not just chase quick closes.
