We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking customer service representative to join our wonderful customer service team. Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and has a sense of professional customer interaction. You are a team player who always tries to prioritize the best for customers, your colleagues, and the company. You can handle multiple tasks at once, take responsibility for your work, and are happy to take initiative. Furthermore, we see that you can start relatively soon and are available to work 2–5 shifts a week.

We also see that you:

* Have previous experience in customer service or similar work

* Have an understanding of good communication techniques and customer interaction over the phone

* Speak and write fluent Finnish, Swedish & English

* Are used to working with computers in various systems

* Are comfortable using the phone as your main working tool

* Are engaged, positive, and independent as a person.

Your tasks

Your main tasks will be to answer incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone, as well as to send out Guldbrev to our customers.
