Your Job Responsibilities

As an order administrator with us, you will be a central part of the operation – a true spider in the web! You will work closely with our regional sales representatives and support them in their daily work, while also having direct contact with our customers. The role is varied and includes customer service, sales, and administration.

Your main job responsibilities:

Support our regional sales representatives with quote preparation, order management, and customer follow-up.
Welcome customers on-site and ensure they receive the best possible service.
Build and maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and personal meetings.
Ensure that our customers have a smooth and professional experience from the first contact to delivery.

Your Profile

We see that you, as an applicant, have:

Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written; German is a plus.
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
A valid driver's license (B).
