Assignment: Consulting assignment for 6 months with the possibility of employment with Telenor after the assignment period
Location: Solna, Stockholm
Working hours: Office hours Mon - Fri, full-time
Salary model: Salary model: Fixed base salary + performance-based commission. Bonus levels usually vary between approximately 5,000-20,000 SEK per month, depending on results.

About the role

You will be part of an engaged team and will work results-oriented, guiding customers to the right solutions and presenting products and services that meet their needs - with a focus on creating added value for the customer while driving sales forward.

In the role of upselling customer service representative, you are Telenor's first contact with customers via phone. In this role, you will only work with incoming calls from existing customers.

Common tasks include:

• Assisting existing customers with inquiries and cases.
• Identifying customer needs and offering products and services that create added value.
• Working towards clear goals and being motivated to achieve and exceed them.
• You will receive a thorough introduction at the beginning of your employment to create the best possible conditions for success in the role. At Telenor, there are good development opportunities, and in addition to a fixed salary, you have the chance to earn good commission when you meet and exceed your goals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in sales/upselling, preferably via phone.
• Is driven, service-oriented, and enjoys working towards goals.
• Good computer and system skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Completed high school education (we appreciate if you upload your grades/study certificates on your profile attached with your application)
